Boxing

Our boxing PT sessions are for all levels, from complete beginners to amateur and professional boxers. Training focuses on the fundamentals that matter: stance, footwork, balance, defence, timing, conditioning, and ring awareness. Everything is built step by step, at your pace, with coaching that meets you where you’re at.
For beginners, boxing PT is a chance to learn with confidence in a one-to-one setting, without the pressure of group classes. For competitive boxers, sessions are tailored towards performance, sharpening skills, improving conditioning, and preparing properly for sparring and competition.
Every session is planned, focused, and delivered by experienced coaches who care about your development. No ego. No rushing. Just quality coaching, hard work, and progress you can feel.
 
 
Strength Training
 
At Stroud Boxing Club, our personal and is designed to support all abilities and goals. Whether you’re new to training, looking to improve your strength and fitness, or working towards high-level performance, our experienced coaches are here to help.
We offer one-to-one personal training and small group training focused on strength & conditioning and weight training. Sessions are tailored to improve strength, fitness, movement, and confidence, with programmes built around your lifestyle and objectives – from fat loss and general fitness to athletic performance.

Small Group Training
​
Small group training at Stroud Boxing Club sits perfectly between one-to-one personal training and larger classes. It’s for people who want proper coaching, accountability, and results without losing the energy of training alongside others.
Sessions are kept intentionally small, allowing coaches to give real attention to technique, movement, and effort, while still pushing the group as a unit. Training may include boxing skills, strength & conditioning, and weight training, depending on the focus of the group.
Small group training is ideal if you want structure and progression but also enjoy the motivation that comes from training with like-minded people.
