Our trainers can work with beginners, amateur boxers, and professional boxers and we also cater to those geared towards strength and conditioning, (sessions which are not boxing focused) so no matter your boxing level or fitness goals, you’ll find that we are able tailor your needs
Boxing is a very rewarding activity, but it is also technically very demanding.
That's why it's important to have a good boxing trainer by your side to support you on your journey.
Stroud Boxing Trainers can help you get the most out of your training by teaching you the basics of boxing properly from the beginning, so you don't develop bad habits that are difficult to correct later.
If you have a specific goal in mind for example: improving fitness, losing weight, preparing for a competition,
we have the experience and knowledge necessary to support you.
Stroud boxing standard PT session is 60 minutes, session time is spent practicing pads, heavy bags and footwork, finishing with a fitness circuit in the last 10-15 minutes.
For members with specific goals, we can customize sessions to suit your needs.
So if you want to spend more time on the technique, we can provide that.
Also, if you want to focus on strength and fitness, we can also provide this type of personalised training.
