This non-contact class focuses on improving balance, coordination, strength, and confidence through structured boxing drills and functional exercises.

Our Contact class is designed for boxers looking to develop real ring skills in a safe, controlled environment. Sessions focus on technique, movement, defence, and controlled sparring, with close supervision from experienced coaches. Suitable for those ready to progress beyond fitness boxing and work towards competition or confident ring ability.

All juniors must complete the 4-week beginners' boxing course before attending regular classes. Juniors is a non-contact boxing class designed to teach young people fundamental boxing techniques, improve their fitness levels, and provide a fun environment without any physical contact or sparring. Juniors can develop their skills and confidence. We cover shadow boxing drills, punchbag workouts, circuit training, and skipping.

Our ladies only class is perfect for you ladies looking to begin your boxing training without getting hit. This class involves basic boxing techniques, punchbag work and circuit training. It's a fun class which is suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities.

Guaranteed to get pulses racing & work up a sweat. Our Box Fit classes are a fun full-body workout which combines high energy cardio, bodyweight exercises and punchin combos to get you fighting fit.
