Stroud Boxing Club is proud to introduce The Unshakables, a dedicated boxing class designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s disease. This non-contact class focuses on improving balance, coordination, strength, and confidence through structured boxing drills and functional exercises.

Our Contact class is designed for boxers looking to develop real ring skills in a safe, controlled environment. Sessions focus on technique, movement, defence, and controlled sparring, with close supervision from experienced coaches. Suitable for those ready to progress beyond fitness boxing and work towards competition or confident ring ability.

All juniors must complete the 4-week Beginners’ Boxing Course before joining regular classes. Our juniors programme teaches fundamental boxing techniques, builds fitness, and develops confidence and discipline in a fun, structured environment. Sessions include shadow boxing, punchbag work, circuits, skipping, and optional controlled sparring in a safe, supervised setting for those who are ready.

Our ladies only class is perfect for you ladies looking to begin your boxing training without getting hit. This class involves basic boxing techniques, punchbag work and circuit training. It's a fun class which is suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities.
