WHATS INVOLVED?

This class is suitable for all fitness levels as you will be guided to reach your own goals and limits. BOXFIT is perfect for people who want to start boxing training and get healthy without getting hit.

This class includes basic boxing techniques, shadow boxing, skipping, heavy bag training and circuit training.

Our experienced boxing trainers will be with you until the end, providing professional guidance and motivation to see you through to the end.

This class has proven extremely popular with our members, as it is a great way to lose weight, build confidence, learn self-defense, and is also a great stress reliever.

Boxing is great mental training, there's nothing better than hitting a heavy punching bag to clear your head.

Classes are strictly non-contact, that means no sparring.
